29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on January 25, 2018, when three employees are working on an 8:12 steep slope, residential roof setting roof trusses, and were not protected from a 12'-3" fall hazard by the use of guard rails, safety nets or personal fall protection system. Wildkatz Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 996634, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 942 Stone Lake Drive, Lot 123, Bunnell, FL 32110. The Wildkatz, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 944914, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on December 19, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 424 Wingspan Drive, Bunnell, FL.

29 CFR 1926.502(k)(1): The fall protection plan shall be prepared by a qualified person and developed specifically for the site where the leading edge work, precast concrete work, or residential construction work is being performed and the plan must be maintained up to date. a. On or about January 25, 2018 the employer did not prepare and develop a fall protection plan for setting trusses. Employees were wearing fall protection harnesses but were not tied off to anchor plates exposing them to fall hazards.
