29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): It shall be the responsibility of the employer to initiate and maintain such programs as may be necessary to comply with this part:    On or about January 18, 2018, at 400 Sanduski Causeway, Key Colony Beach, FL 33051, an employee performing maintenance on a crane and was struck-by the boom.       Waterfront Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957268, citation number 1, item number 2/b and was affirmed as a final order on 8/8/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 256Three Islands Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 3309.

29 CFR 1926.605(b)(2): Unless employees can step safely to or from the wharf, float, barge, or river towboat, either a ramp, meeting the requirements of paragraph (b)(1) of this section, or a safe walkway, shall be provided:    On or about January 18, 2018, at 400 Sanduski Causeway, Key Colony Beach, FL 33051, the employer did not provide a safe walk way to access the barge, exposing an employee to a fall hazard.     Waterfront Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.605(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957268, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/8/2014 with respect to a workplace located at 256Three Islands Blvd, Hallandale Beach, FL 3309.

29 CFR 1926.1406(a)(3): Position employees involved in the assembly/disassembly operation so that their exposure to unintended movement or collapse of part or all of the equipment is minimized:    On or about January 18, 2018, at 400 Sanduski Causeway, Key Colony Beach, FL 33051, an employee working on a crane was allowed to work underneath the boom of a crane to remove cotter pins and boom pins exposing an employee to the hazard of being struck-by the boom.
