29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1): Warning lines were not erected around all sides of the roof work area: (a) A Wing - Where employees used a warning line system as fall protection, the warning line system did not comply with the standard in that the warning line did not extend around the entire roof work area, exposing employees to the hazard of falling 14 feet to the ground below, on or about January 26, 2018. No abatement certification or documentation required.
