This was most recently documented at 107 S Main St., Leigh, Nebraska 68643 on January 26, 2018. The employer did not ensure that a door that was not to be used as an exit was marked by a sign reading Not an Exit. A door used for travel between two interior rooms in the Feed Mill was not marked with a sign reading Not an Exit.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks shall be in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6:    The employer is failing ensure that employees are protected from struck-by hazards. This was most recently documented at 107 S Main St., Leigh, Nebraska 68643 on January 26, 2018. An oxygen compressed gas cylinder was located by an employee exit door and the cylinder was not secured from falling.

This was most recently documented at 107 S Main St., Leigh, Nebraska 68643 on January 26, 2018. Employees were using a 8 Masterforce Bench Grinder which had the abrasive wheel periphery opening of 1/2 of an inch.
