The employer shall provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee is fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace.     Location - painting shop    On or about January 26, 2018, employer did not ensure that employees required to wear respirator are medically evaluated to prevent injury. Employees wore half face air purifying respirator without being medically evaluated for working with chemical hazards, such as, but not limited to acetone, methyl isobutyl ketone, titanium dioxide, and toluene.
