Condition observed on or about 01/31/18. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii) a- Building 300 - Foundry Road, Pennington NJ: Company worksite employees were exposed to fall hazards up to and in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below when cleaning snow from a pitched roof and performing other roof shingle installation preparation activities while wearing full body harnesses without lanyards attached to them and anchor points. At the time of the inspection, these employees had not received training regarding the identification, elimination, etc. of fall hazards by a competent person. This condition was noted on or about 01/30/18. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Condition observed on or about 01/31/18. AA & B Builder Corporation dba AA & B Builder, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1074470, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/30/15, with respect to a workplace located at 71 Chatham Road, Little Egg Harbor Township NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
