29 CFR 1926.754(a): Structural stability was not maintained at all times during the erection process:  On or about: 1/31/2018  Location: 426 Pea Pond Rd. KATONAH, NY, 10536  a) The employer did not maintain structural stability when the temporary erection splice plates deformed  between the roof frame and roof frame column. Employees were connecting a ridge beam when steel roof frame collapsed on a employee causing struck-by and caught-between hazard injuries.
