29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103)  On or about January 24, 2018 at the construction site on South Lee Street from SR 13 to South Moreno Street in Buford, Georgia employees were exposed to respiratory hazards where the employer required the use of filtering facepiece respirators for outdoor work including dry cutting asphalt and concrete pipe but did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program.   In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.9(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
