29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: a) Warehouse - On or about January 26, 2018, employees operating forklifts and employees walking were required to share the same permanent aisles and passageways. The employer did not ensure that the aisles and passageways were appropriately marked. The employees walking through the warehouse areas with forklift traffic were thereby, exposed to struck-by hazards. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
