29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about January 30, 2018, at a job site located at 1321 Commerce Street, Dallas, TX; at least one (1) employee was patching an area on top of the canopy roof at the Adolphus Hotel and was exposed to fall hazard up to approximately 14-feet to the lower level.
