Where wet processes are used, drainage shall be maintained and false floors, platforms, mats, or other dry standing places shall be provided, where practicable, or appropriate waterproof footgear shall be provided. (a) Walkway beside Lane 16 and the warehouse - On or about January 30, 2018 employees were exposed to a potential fall hazard due to water leaking from the roof onto the floor.

Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, shall be legibly marked to indicate its purpose, unless located and arranged so the purpose is evident. (a) Circuit breaker panel near the back roll up door - On or about January 30, 2018 employees were exposed to a potential electrical shock hazard and fire hazard due to a circuit breaker box not being labeled for emergency shut-off.
