OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to burn hazards: (a) On or about 1/23/2018 - Foundry Pour Floor, employees walking on molds are required to remove the riser covers then add "Hot Topping" to the risers which contain molten iron and the riser covers are not put back over the top of the riser holes which can vary from 4 inches to 24 inches in diameter.
