29 CFR 1910.25(b)(7): Standard stairs were not used to provide access from one walking-working surface to another when operations necessitate regular and routine travel between levels, including access to operating platforms for equipment: (a) On or about 3/19/2019 - Furnace Area, approximately two times a month employees were required to climb up onto the top of a 55-gallon steel drum barrel approximately 34 inches high to empty a small holding ladle into a pouring ladle located on the ground.
