29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were attached to building surfaces: a) in the north side of the plant, breaker #13 Warehouse Maintenance Shop, a 110 volt extension cord was wrapped around building beams and ceiling trusses. b) by sign HO97, a 110 volt black electrical cord was wrapped around a pipe located in the ceiling area. c) between signs H100 to H111, multiple 110 volt orange electrical cords were wrapped around the ceiling joists and pipes. d) between signs K108 and K112, multiple 110 volt orange electrical cords were wrapped around the ceiling joists and pipes.
