OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that new maintenance employees were allowed to use manufacturer designated wood only disc Sanders/Grinders to fabricate metal products. a) On or about 1/29/2018 - Maintenance Shop, maintenance employees were allowed to use Sanders/Grinders, such as, but not limited to a Jet Sander/Grinder, Model JSG-6DC, to deburr metal fabricated parts.
