On or about 2/6/2018, at Bay #4 of the above addressed worksite, employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a drill press (i.e. The American Tool Works, No serial number) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.  b. On or about 2/6/2018, at Bay #4 of the above addressed worksite, employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a milling machine (i.e. MSC, No serial number available) that lacked a guard on its point of operation.  c. On or about 3/1/2018, at Bay #4 of the above addressed worksite, employees were exposed to a caught by hazard while working with a lathe (i.e. Yunnan Machine Tool Works, CY62508/2000) lacked a guard on its point of operation.
