29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  Israel Gutierrez - Masonry employees were passing bricks from one level to another and standing on a scaffold with bricks stored over the employees head at a family home located at 1305 Old Fountain Rd, Lawrenceville, GA. Employees were not wearing hard hats to prevent and injury to the head, on or about 2/6/18.
