29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 9825 Aspen Circle, Timber Creek Subdivision, Spanish Fort, Alabama: On or about February 8, 2018 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet 9 inches to the ground below. THE JORGE MORENO DBA JORGE MORENO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(11) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1181846, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON APRIL 13, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED NFL HOME CENTER 913 US HWY 98, DAPHNE, ALABAMA.
