29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) At the jobsite, on or about February 6, 2018, employees working on a second working level while performing wood framing were exposed to open trusses, open floor joists and exposed leading edges without fall protection provided, exposing employees to fall hazards of up to 20 feet 8 inches onto earthen ground (outside the structure) or concrete floor (inside the structure).    Jaime Saguilan dba Jimmy Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1081161, citation number 1, item number 001a and was affirmed as a final order on September 3, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 108 Gentry Drive, Guyton, Georgia.
