On or about February 8, 2018, in the Building 1, an enclosed stairway leading up to the furnace with 12 risers was not provide with a handrail thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.    b. On or about February 8, 2018, in the Building 1, an enclosed stairway leading up to a storage mezzanine with 18 risers was not provide with a handrail thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.

The air pressure was set at approximately 150 p.s.i., there by exposing employees to a struck by or air embolism hazards.

On or about February 8, 2018, in the main shop, the employer used flexible cable as a substitute for fixed wiring in that a flexible cord was used to power various pieces of equipment such as but not limited to: 16" Craftsman Scroll saw, DeWalt miter saw and four way outlet there by exposing employees to an electrical hazard.  c. On or about February 8, 2018, in the main shop, the employer used flexible cable as a substitute for fixed wiring in that a flexible cord was used to power 220v Delta table saw there by exposing employees to an electrical hazard.
