29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: 211 Main Street, Webster, MA, On or about February 9, 2018 the employer did not ensure custodial employees were provided with effective training on the hazardous materials used during cleaning. The custodial employees were not trained on the incompatibility between bleach and other hazardous chemicals including Misty Secure toilet bowl and urinal cleaner.
