29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairways or ladders were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, and no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: a) 5th Floor - Employees conducting framing operations were not provided proper access to the top of the wood joists where there was an approximate 4 foot break in elevation, on or about February 12, 2018. No abatement certification or documentation required.
