29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v)  Maintenance Shop:  On or about 08 February 2018 and times prior thereto, there was an unlabeled container in the fluid supply area.  This condition exposed employees to delays in getting proper first aid and knowing correct PPE for the type of chemical.  Offshore Systems, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(f)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1041869, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 20 April 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Offshore Systems, Inc., Captains Bay Road, Dutch Harbor, Alaska.

(a) Maintenance shop, vehicle bay area:  On or about 08 February 2018 and times prior thereto, the emergency eyewash station was not readily available.  Unit required servicing. This condition exposed delays in employees to utilize the eyewash.
