29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty. a)On or about 2/13/2018 two employees were working under the elevated portion of a Toyota forklift without the hydraulics being properly blocked. The employees were welding the bottom section of an automotive rack.
