United Restoration & Preservation, Inc., VA Hospital, Decatur, GA - Employees tuck-pointing, using hand held grinders, were required to wear a half mask, negative pressure respirator for protection against silica dust. Two of the employees, made available by Tradesmen International and working for United Restoration, were not provided a medical evaluation to determine if the employees were physically able to wear a respirator, on or about 2/13/18.
