29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables were not protected from damage, sharp corners and projections, or pinch points:  a.  1670 Clairmont Road, Decatur, GA (Veterans Administration Building Tower 12th Floor) - Employees were exposed to electrical hazard.  Employees are knotting and wrapping the cord around the frame of the scaffold pole, which caused tension/damaged on the cord, while the employees are operating the portable equipment/tools.  Flexible cords are running under doors causing pinch points to the flexible cords, while employees are working with the equipment, on or about February 14, 2018.
