29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 910 Blossom Lane, Rock Hill: Employer is exposing employees to hazardous conditions. The employees are permitted to work on a roof without fall protection systems. On and about 02/14/2018 three employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a roof approximately 9 feet 6 inches from eaves of the roof to the ground without using any forms of fall protection systems.
