29 CFR 1926.300(c): Employees using hand and power tools and exposed to the hazard of falling, flying, abrasive, or splashing objects, or exposed to harmful dusts, fumes, mists, vapors, or gases were not provided with the particular personal protective equipment necessary to protect them from the hazard:  Parking Lot of Building #2:  On or about February 14, 2018, an employee was exposed to a struck-by hazard, while operating a pneumatic nail gun to apply Tyvek stucco wrap to the exterior of the building without wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  Note:  As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.  The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated under1626.502(e).  Parking Lot of Building #2:  On or about February 14, 2018, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard, while applying Tyvek stucco wrap to the exterior of the building from a Genie S-65 aerial lift without wearing a Personal Fall Arrest System (PFAS).
