29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical agents:  a) Meadowview Loop Lot A-185 Semmes, AL, On or about November 17, 2022, and at times prior; The employer failed to ensure an employee installing sheathing using a pneumatic nail gun wore eye protection which exposed the employee to struck by hazards.
