29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) On or about February 15, 2018, no eyewash or body shower facilities capable of providing 15 minutes of flushing was located in the Boiler Room where corrosive liquids were dispensed from their containers and added to equipment.  b) On or about February 15, 2018, the eyewash bottles provided for the powered industrial vehicle battery charging locations were not suitable since they were not capable of providing a minimum 15 minutes of eye flushing.  c) On or able February 15, 2018, employees performing sanitation work tasks using corrosive liquids to clean equipment and work surfaces did not have eyewash or body shower facilities capable of providing 15 minutes of flushing always readily available based on distance and obstacles.
