29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:     On or about February 15, 2018, and times prior thereto:    a. In the Production Area  where employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when operating a Hooper Swift Small Press, S/N SE2P970F with rotating belts and rollers, without one or more methods of machine guarding.     b. In the Production Area  where employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when operating a Hooper Swift Printer Slotter, S/N WS02P2500E with rotating belts and rollers, without one or more methods of machine guarding.     AGE INDUSTRIES LTD., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A REPEAT VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 995988, CITATION NUMBER 2, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 21, 2014, WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF NOVEMBER 17, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 410 COMMERS ROAD, CONWAY, AR 72032.    AGE INDUSTRIES LTD., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1179678, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 12, 2016, WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF OCTOBER 17, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 801 INDUSTRIAL PARK RD., BELTON, TX 76513.
