The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated Location: 700 Greendale Ave., Needham, MA On or about February 15, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards of more than 18' from a boom lift bucket to the ground below, where proper fall protection was not utilized.
