29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    On or about February 26, 2018, and on dates prior, machine guarding was not provided to protect operators of guillotine paper cutters from the pinch point hazard posed by the clamp mechanism operation.  The list of guillotine paper cutters includes, but is not limited to:    a) The Prism high speed paper cutter (Serial No. 12535107)    b) The Robocut computer cutter (Machine No. 7938)
