29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. 53 Wellesley Way, NJ: On or about 2/20/2018 First Quality Construction Corp. employees were installing trusses on a new construction residential structure. The employees were using the second story wall top plates as their walking/working surface and were not using any form of fall protection, exposing them to a fall hazard of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
