29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Employees working in or near room 3 of the modular lab were exposed to fire and smoke inhalation hazards in that two propane gas cylinders were being stored with flammable liquids in the flammable liquids cabinet.

29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in wet locations were not equipped with ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards in that energized wall outlet receptacles within close proximity to a sink, hose or other water source did not have ground fault circuit interrupter protection when working in the following locations: a) one outlet directly behind the sink in the break room. b) one outlet in the west bay of greenhouse 18 near a water source. c) two outlets in the middle bay of greenhouse 18 near a water source. d) one outlet in the east bay of greenhouse 18 near a water source.
