29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Construction Site: On or about February 21, 2018, seven employees were working on a roof without utilizing the fall protection equipment they were wearing. Employees did not connect to a lifeline. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of more than 6-ft. to the ground below. Hernandez Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1260914, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 772 Aislaby St., El Paso, TX 79928. Hernandez Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950087, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4564 Stanton, TX 79912.
