29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about June 10, 2019 employees engaged in roofing operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet without using any form of fall protection. Hernandez Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1356108, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 12332 Clifton Hill, TX 79928. On or about June 19, 2019; employees engaged in roofing operations were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet due to inadequacies in their fall protection training.
