On or about January 26, 2018, at the above referenced worksite, employees engaged in framing activities on the roof deck edge approximately 12' above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.     Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
