29 CFR 1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. On or about February 28, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the grates in the paint booth were laid plumb with the floor surface. The protruding grates created a hazard for employees whose duties required them to push a cart that transported vehicle body parts into the paint booth.
