The emergency exit route was obstructed by boxes of makeup products, storage racks, rolling carts and other flammable/combustible material.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: At the establishment, in the storage room, the electrical control panels did not have a 3 foot clearance. The electrical control panels were blocked by storage racks and boxes of beauty products.
