29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:    On or about February 22, 2018:    a) At the jobsite located at 1950 Adams Acres Dr. In Buford, GA; an employee was exposed to struck by hazards, when the employer failed to ensure that the employee was wearing a proper head protection when operating a lift, to move roofing material from the ground to the roof area.

On or about February 22, 2018:    a) At the jobsite located at 1950 Adams Acres Dr. in Buford, GA; where the employer failed to ensure the material hoist ad the proper type rope installed where the prescribed wire type rope was replaced with a nylon "climbing" rope used to lift materials to the roof area exposing workers below to potential failure if the rope were to break or the knot loosen.
