On or about February 22, 2018: a) At the jobsite located at 1950 Adams Acres Dr. in Buford, GA; where the employer failed to ensure the material hoist ad the proper type rope installed where the prescribed wire type rope was replaced with a nylon "climbing" rope used to lift materials to the roof area exposing workers below to potential failure if the rope were to break or the knot loosen.
