29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: On or about February 22, 2018: a) Employees installing cement board style siding were exposed to eye injuries when the employer failed to ensure that the all employees were wearing proper eye protection while utilizing pneumatic nail guns to install siding material.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: On or about February 22, 2018: a) Employees installing siding on a new residential structure were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14.2 feet when the employer failed to provide fall protection to employees exposed to the hazard. b) Employee installing siding on a new residential structure were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 13.2 feet when the employer failed to provide fall protection to employees exposed to the hazard.
