This hazard was observed on 2/28/18.

29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c).    a) 156 Broad Street, Summit, NJ:     Employees performing masonry work in an excavation were exposed to cave in hazards while working between the side wall of the excavation and a masonry block wall.      This hazard was observed on 2/28/18.
