29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:    Paint Shop:    On or about 3/14/18, the painters that were required to wear half-face air purifying respirators while prepping for spray applications, were not provided medical evaluations each year prior to fit testing or use.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:    Painting booths & Brazing Area:    In the two instances described below, the employer did not provide training to employees on hazardous chemicals in their work area:    a. On or about3/6/18, employees brazing air conditioning units that had contained R-134a refrigerant were not trained to the hazards of the refrigerant and the additional hazards that may be created when it is heated.      b. On or about 4/19/18, employees using paints containing isocyanates and solvents were not trained to the hazards of these chemicals.
