29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a) Jobsite - On or about March 7, 2018, employees were not wearing adequate eye protection when using pneumatic nail guns and skill saws while framing a residential home, thus exposing employees to possible eye injuries.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Roof - On or about March 7, 2018, employees installing roof trusses and roof sheathing on a two-story residence were exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 21 feet onto earthen and concrete ground in that the workers were not fall protected.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:  a) Interior Stairway - On or about March 7, 2018 and times prior to, a stairway system consisting of 16 risers was not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system on its unprotected edge, thus exposing employees to fall hazards of up to 8 feet, 8 inches onto concrete ground.
