29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) At the jobsite, on or about and at times prior to August 13, 2018, both ends of the air compressor's flexible cord were missing the strain relief, exposing employees to electrical shock and burn hazards.

Alejandro Jado Espino was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1299835, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 20, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 2561 Timberland Circle Lot #55, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324
