Anodizing Area: On or about 10/24/18, and at times prior, the employer exposed the employees chemical hazards, in that appropriate personnel protection equipment was not provided to employees while operating a crane to dip material into corrosive chemicals sulfuric acid.

29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a.) Anodizing Area: ON or about 10/24/18, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that facilities for quick drenching of the eyes did not provide equivalent pressure from both outlets to ensure eyewash was able to flush chemicals from both eyes.
