29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: Construction Site: On or about March 7, 2018; a GEHL DL 11-55 all-terrain forklift was used to support a work platform not designed by the manufacturer for such use. This condition exposed employees to fall hazard greater than 10-ft. to the ground below.
