OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck / crush by hazards:     a) On or about 03/08/2018 an employee operating a Bobcat Compact Skid Steer Loader Model T550 was unloading from the bed of truck; a light pole's concrete base # ULS RTS-24-5911 weight approximately 3,826 lbs., when it rolled off the Skid Steer Loader's forks. The rated Operating Capacity of a Bobcat Compact Skid Steer Loader Model T550 is 1995 lb.
