29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, form or scrap lumber with protruding nails was not kept clear from work areas: On or about March 6, 2018, employees were accessing buildings 4 & 5 where scrap lumber with protruding nails were sticking out in and around the buildings, exposing the employees to the hazard of being pierced by stepping on the protruding nails.

On or about March 6, 2018, employees were accessing the second and third floors of buildings 4 & 5 where wall and balcony openings did not have protective railing in place, exposing the employees to fall hazards up to approximately 20 feet.
